About the movie Hungama 2 (2021) Co-produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, Chetan Jain and Arman Ventures, Priyadarshan’s Hindi language romantic comedy Hungama 2 is a remake of his own 1994 Malayalam film Minaram and the spiritual successor of the 2003 Hungama film. Starred in the film Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty, Meesan Jaffrey, and Priyanka Subhash In the lead roles.
The film marks the arrival of Priyadarshan Ranger (2013) and Shilpa Shetty to Bollywood after eight years and 14 years Apne. This film is not a sequel to Hungama (2003). Priyadarshan spoke about this, “ We decided to headline the new comedy Hungama 2 because Masti, Naughty and Hungama’s mood remains the same. . ”The first song Sura Ke Dil Mera 2.0 is another hit remake of the 1994 film Main Khiladi Tu Anari, which is popular on the internet.
